2) What are your totes made of?

Thick, premium canvas that’s built for daily chaos—work, groceries, gym, travel, and all the “I might need this later” moments.

3) Are the quotes printed or embroidered?

Most designs are high-quality printed for that clean, oversized statement look. If a design is embroidered, we’ll clearly mention it on the product page.

4) How big are the totes?

Oversized enough to fit the essentials and the emotional baggage. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page (so you know if your laptop will vibe inside).

5) Can it hold a laptop?

Yes—most of our totes fit a laptop comfortably. Check the product description for sizing (especially if you’re carrying a 15–16” laptop).

6) Are the totes washable?

Yes—spot clean is best. If you must wash, use cold gentle wash and air dry to keep the print looking sharp.

7) Do you restock sold-out designs?

Sometimes. Some drops are limited because we love a little exclusivity. If you want a restock, message us or sign up for restock alerts (if enabled).

8) How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.

9) Do you ship internationally?

If international shipping is available on your store, it’ll show at checkout. If not, tell us where you are—we’ll see what we can do.

10) Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes—reach out ASAP with your order number. Once it ships, we can’t cancel, but we’ll help you out with options.

11) What’s your return/exchange policy?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it. For general returns/exchanges, policies depend on your store rules—check the Returns page or contact support.

12) Can I customize a tote / add my own quote?

Customs may be available for bulk or special drops. Send us your idea—if it’s iconic and printable, we’ll talk.
