No Returns / No Refunds
At Never Shy Totes, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- change of mind
- wrong item chosen
- size/fit expectations
- color differences due to screen display
- “I thought it would be bigger/smaller”
Please read the product description carefully before ordering.
Exceptions (Only If We Messed Up)
We will gladly help if:
- you received the wrong product, or
- the item arrived damaged/defective
To request support, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement (or store credit if replacement isn’t possible).
No cash refunds are provided.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because we start processing fast.
If you made a mistake, message us immediately—if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll try to help, but it’s not guaranteed.
