All orders are packed with care (and a little attitude).

Processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you posted.

Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS (based on what you entered at checkout).

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

If the address is incomplete/incorrect and the order gets returned or delayed:

• you may need to pay the re-shipping fee, and
• delivery timelines may extend.
  

Delivery Attempts & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails because:

• you’re unavailable,
• the address is incorrect, or
• the courier can’t reach you,

the courier may return the package to us.In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing something, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos/videos of the package and product

International Shipping & Customs (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes depending on your country’s rules.
These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
